Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the item is disassembled and placed in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to collect the item directly from your New Zealand address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
